Cinco De Mayo!

Cinco de Mayo was a very exciting day at the Slegers house! It all started that morning when I was feeding Jace...Lori and Bre were feeding Liam and Stella and I noticed Jace kept sticking his tongue out. They have been drooling and putting everything in there mouth for months now so we were waiting for this day. So I decided to feel in his mouth and sure enough his bottom right tooth was barely sticking out! I cried, and laughed, and got so excited for him!!! The other tooth you can barely see and will probably pop out right next to it any day now...Stella and Liam look like theres are about to pop out too but we will see? Later that day Auntie Bre got to feel her baby move for the first time! It has been so fun to watch little baby S grow in Mommies tummy, this is Rick and I's first little niece or nephew so its been an exciting adventure! Then later that day at 5pm we started milking our cows for the first time in our new barn! (I say WE like I was doing anything lol) but Lori and I brought all the babies out there and watched them bring the cows in, of course they had some technical difficulties so after waiting for so long we eventually went in the house but it was a huge deal for Rick, Jarred and Jake!

Here is a little update on how the babies are doing and what they are doing new:
Jace is a little Mommas boy, he has been laughing a lot and eating so much lately, hes trying to catch up to his little brother Liam who is just on a roll in the gaining weight department! lol Hes rolling and holding his head up very well, to me it seems like there closer to crawling than they are sitting up? He doesnt like to sleep as much towards his last nap so we may be going down to two naps a day soon, which is fine with me as long as there not crabby and still sleeping through the night!

Liam is just a little ham, theres not better word to describe him lately. Hes always happy and loves his brother and sister, maybe a little too much! Lately he has been rolling over on top of them getting in there faces and wanting to play or take whatever toy they are playing with and Jace and Stella get a little annoyed! lol its so funny to watch, we have thought this from the time they came home Liam will probably be the first to crawl and walk!

Stella for sure has the biggest personality! She has so many faces, voices, laughs, smiles, dirty looks, its just hilarious! She always is making us laugh. We should probably stop (I dont want to give her a big head or make her think the world revolves around her) but I started singing instead of its a small world after all, its a Stella world after all, lol thats how she always acts! She likes to eat but if she hears someone talking or the tv is on she wants nothing to do with her food, shes very nosy! Maybe its a girl thing? lol

I posted this on facebook but I have to share with those that dont have one, Rick and I were talking about Mothers Day and he wanted to remind me that I am NOT his Mother and that he was going to have to check Jace, Liam, and Stellas bank account to see what they can afford to get me for Mothers day, lol As I am writting this my door bell rang and it was the florist delivering a corsage for Mothers Day to wear to church from Jace, Liam, Stella, and Rick. So at least they could afford that! ;) Hope everyone has a blessed Mothers Day weekend, and Happy Mothers Day to all the Moms!!!
